IT Specialist (m/f/d)
What you should bring with you:
– You have experience with the support and operation of software applications, ideally in the construction industry.
– You enjoy interacting with customers and working closely with your team colleagues.
– You are communicative and confident.
– You enjoy analyzing and optimizing a wide variety of processes and systems.
– You enjoy team-oriented work.
– You have a very good command of German.
– Initial experience with common ticket systems is desirable.

Your tasks:
– You will work in a small, agile team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers’ users, answering their queries by phone,
email or in a ticket system.
– You look after, support and accompany them in their work with the IT applications we have implemented. This includes explaining functions,
providing assistance with technical problems and data management. You solve larger problems with the developers in 3rd level support
– You are responsible for the support and maintenance of the applications and support our consultants and developers in their further development.
